The Pharcyde’s debut album Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde saw the group become one of the best loved and most admired forces in Hip-Hop. As funny and thought provoking as it is funky this album helped bring through an age of alternative West Coast Hip-Hop where The Pharcyde alongside the likes of Jurassic 5 and Freestyle Fellowship offeredsomething different to the gangster rap dominating the scene at the time.
